Terms & Conditions

All business between clients and LK Executive Ltd is a transaction based on the terms and conditions defined here (on this website). When any client places an order the assumption therefore is that the client agrees to all the terms and conditions defined here (on this website).

By placing an order through our Website, phone or via email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.

We may revise these Terms by updating this page at any time, and without any notice, You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore from time to time visit this page to review the then current Terms.

1. LK Executive Ltd will endeavour to supply the vehicle type specified at the time of booking. However, we reserve the right to send an alternative make/model of vehicle deemed equivalent to the make/model booked. If you require a specific make or model of vehicle WITHOUT any alteration, please specify at time of booking.
2. All LK Executive Ltd vehicles are a strictly No Smoking area.
3. The consumption of alcohol and/or food is forbidden in our vehicles unless provided as part of our package or previously agreed at time of booking.
4. If you would like to book a car with less than 24 hours notice – Please call us directly via phone.
5. Whilst we do our best to ensure our drivers are punctual, we accept no liability for missed flights / events, loss or damage to passenger possessions or consequential losses due to circumstances beyond our control, theft, delays caused by traffic accidents, congestion, terrorist attacks or acts of God.
6. The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits. Please do not request our drivers to exceed legal speed limits.
7. Our Chauffeur Vehicles are valeted on the day of Hire, but LK Executive Ltd do not accept any responsibility for changes in a vehicles external appearance caused by bad weather or terrain during the hire period
8. The client is responsible for any damage that is caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle whilst on hire. If a passenger causes damage or soilage to the vehicle a charge will be made to the client to cover the full cost of reinstating the vehicle to its original appearance ; valeting, repair or reinstatement charges will be levied to the customer within 7 days of the hire period. If the damage caused results in the vehicle becoming unavailable for other prebooked hire by other clients a charge equal to the lost hire will be made accordingly.
9. We reserve the right to provide subcontracted vehicles where necessary to fulfil a booking.  In the event of breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle at LK Executive Ltd’s discretion
10. By supplying your email address and/or mobile phone number you permit us to contact you via email/ text, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
11. If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
12. We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
13. Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
14. Any costs incurred during the hire period including parking and tolls will be charged at a cost. If parking tickets are issued as a result of an instruction by the client then the full cost of the charges incurred will be passed on to the client along with a £15.00 Administration Fee.
15. Our vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. LK Executive Ltd. also holds Public Liability Insurance. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property. Our vehicles are not insured for clients to drive our vehicles.
16. We and our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is, or is believed to be, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other illegal substances and/or whose behaviour poses a threat either to our staff, the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s). If a passenger is refused carriage no refund or compensation will be given.
17. Online quotations will take into account for Bank holidays (Christmas Day/New Year’s Eve) Special Events where there may be an additional surcharge. Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date or special event i.e weddings, sporting events, special occasions. To which more of a responsibility & planning is placed upon our services or events in which additional time involved in the journey due to traffic etc.
18. Normal luggage assumes –  Carry-on Case (cabin bags) 55 x 40 x 20cm, 8-12Kg). Medium Size Case 70 x 45 x 25cm (20-25Kg), Large Size Case 80 x 50 x 30cm (25-30Kg)
19. Fares are calculated based on distance, time of travel, destination, number of passengers and the type of the vehicle chosen.
20. Fares can sometimes increase if the journey time is longer than the usual time due to weather conditions, extremely heavy traffic and detours due to other reasons.
21. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
22. We reserve the right to change any of these terms if required.

Payment Methods, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card or by BACS bank transfer.
2. Payment by credit/debit card can be taken via a secure payment link.
3. LK Executive Ltd is VAT registered (VAT number 498 3324 52, therefore VAT receipt or invoice can be provided.
4. To guarantee your booking our policy is full payment. 100% refundable if cancelled before 48 hours of journey time, 50% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the journey time, if cancelled within 24 hours before journey the payment is non refundable.
5. No charges will be made if date/time are changed more than 48 hours before the original pick up time & also if on the day pick up times are changed in which we have availability (or possibly vehicle type change to accommodate), if not & we can not accommodate then our refund policy in section 4 in Payment Methods, Cancellations & Refunds still applies. 
6. If flights are cancelled due to whatever reason again our refund policy in section 4 in Payment Methods, Cancellations & Refunds still applies. However flight delays & reschedule of times of arrival on the day will be accommodated if we have availability (or possibly vehicle type change to accommodate), if not & we can not accommodate then again our refund policy in section 4 in Payment Methods, Cancellations & Refunds still applies
7. Waiting time for all other non-airport pick-ups will be charged at £15/15 minutes (S Class) or at £10/15 minutes (V Class) pro rata after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. It’s very important that the contact telephone number you have provided us is reachable. 
8. No surcharges for airport meet & greets pickup’s the first 60 minutes after plane’s actual landing time. After this time waiting time will be charged at £15/15 minutes (S Class) or at £10/15 minutes (V Class) pro rata regardless of the reason & the additional parking charges will be charged on top of the fare.
9. If we cannot establish contact with the passenger or they fail to contact us within the mentioned waiting time, then the bookings will be treated as no-show and no refund will be issued. If you are experiencing unusually long delays due to Immigration, Baggage reclaim or Customs or any other reasons, Its imperative that you call us to update us. Failing to do so will result in us releasing the driver after complimentary waiting times. No Refund will be issued in these situations.
